Our Delivery Policy 
  • Quick delivery: We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery time is dependent on geographical location and service used to deliver. Typical lead times for courier services are 1-2 days for the North Island, 2-3 days South Island. Large freight mover lead times vary based on the delivery location, typical lead times are less than 7 days for the North Island, 7-10 days for the South Island. ByDezign NZ Ltd does not guarantee and is not responsible for deliveries falling outside the typical lead time range. If you are not happy with these terms of delivery you may organise your own freight at your expense.
  • Delivery Method and Carriers: Specialist large freight movers will be used at our discretion for large or numerous items. Our company vehicles may be used for delivery where appropriate. All other deliveries will be handled by a specialist courier company. The only method ByDezign NZ Ltd guarantees is a “curbside” delivery service. This means that the driver and handler(s) are under no obligation to move the article(s) being delivered any further than the side of the curb of the address listed for delivery. Furthermore, the driver and handler(s) are not under any obligation to assemble the article(s).
  • Pricing: The price of delivery is dependent on your geographical location and the weight/volume of goods ordered.
  • Despatch Notification: We endeavour to notify you by email when your order has been despatched. This service is in most cases automated, and not guaranteed.
  • Carriers: Collection/Pick Up: Pick up from our warehouse at 150B Harris Road, East Tamaki, 2013 is available, and in most cases preferable, as it gives you control over when goods are delivered to the end user.
  • Promotional Offers: B2B customers paying B2B rates for goods are not eligible for any promotional offers in regards to shipping & freight available to retail customers.      


Our Returns Policy 

  • Duration: Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, ByDezign NZ Ltd is under no obligation to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Back to Base: ByDezign NZ Ltd operates on a “back to base” returns policy. This means you are responsible for getting the items back to our warehouse (150B Harris Road, Auckland, East Tamaki, 2013, NZ). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Eligibility will be assessed by ByDezign NZ Ltd upon receiving the goods.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return your item(s) must meet our criteria which includes but is not limited to:

    - Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    - It must also be in the original packaging. 
    - A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 
    - A duration of no more than 30 days has elapsed. 

The final decision of eligibility rests solely with ByDezign NZ Ltd.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. The original transaction is final for any items on sale or discounted rates.  
  • Exchanges: ByDezign NZ Ltd will only replace items if they suffer from a manufacturers defect or are damaged. Items are inspected carefully for damage before dispatch from our warehouse, damaged goods are not sent out in that condition.
  • Liability: Items damaged in transit that we have organized shipping & handling for are covered under the insurance policies of carriers. ByDezign NZ Ltd accepts no liability for items damaged in transit that we have organized or otherwise.
  • Track & Trace: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
